Motion at a Distance was an official selection of the 2020 Ann Arbor Film Festival, 2019 New Orleans Film Festival and the 2019 Eyeworks Festival of Experimental Animation among others. It was awarded a 2019 Media Arts Assistance Fund (MAAF) Distribution/Exhibition Support Grant from New York State Council on the Arts in Partnership with Wave Farm.
